Refund policy

At TailPaw, we strive to ensure that you and your pets are satisfied with every product you purchase. If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:
You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and retain its original condition and packaging.

  • Food, treats, and other consumable products cannot be returned once opened.

3. Return Procedure:

  1. Contact our support team via the website chat, email, or phone.

  2. Receive confirmation and instructions for sending the product back.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process a refund or exchange.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed with a manager.

5. Product Exchange:
If you wish to exchange a product, we can do so subject to availability of the same product in stock.
